EcoGrant, operating in North‑Eastern Europe and the Baltic States with certified auditors based in Lithuania, joins the established trio of RECY:CHECK Certification Bodies: [CircPack Veolia](https://www.circpack.veolia.com/), [Institute cyclos‑HTP](https://www.cyclos-htp.de/cyclos-htp/), and [OFI](https://www.ofi.at/en). RECY:CHECK is an initiative of the Food Beverage Carton Alliance that promotes the true circularity of food and beverage cartons by developing the Recycling Certification Protocol for the assessment of Fibre-Based Composite Packaging (FBCP). The methodology has been developed with the support of independent industry experts from both suppliers and producers, as well as the external consultants and experts listed above. FBCA’s vision is for food and beverage cartons to be recognized as an integral part of resilient food systems building on a value chain that is respectful of our planet’s scarce resources and strives towards renewability and reduced climate impact. These existing certifiers currently serve regions across Europe, with CircPack Veolia (Belgium), Institute cyclos‑HTP (Germany), and OFI (Austria) collectively ensuring robust, independent assessments of fibre‑based composite packaging recyclability. EcoGrant’s arrival strengthens the geographic coverage and technical expertise available to brands, packaging companies, and recyclers seeking RECY:CHECK certification. With two certified auditors and a regional focus on the Baltics and North‑Eastern Europe, EcoGrant enhances industry access to reliable, high‑quality audits, supporting greater transparency and consistency in recyclability verification. As RECY:CHECK continues to grow, the addition of EcoGrant marks another step toward a more harmonized, accountable, and circular packaging system across Europe. Visit RECY:CHECK for more information.
